The Ontario Ministry of the Environment ruled yesterday that crazed ex-Care Bear writer Anne Langdon’s complaint about her teenage neighbour’s basketball bouncing “does not contravene environmental legislation” as per the National Post. Cue the NP complaining about taxpayers funding such frivolous enquiries in five… four… three… two… Marni Soupcoff with the buzzer beater!
